Help us help you
For a correction or fix report, please include the page address, your platform (PC on Steam or Epic, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S or Steam Deck), the game version shown in the main menu, and the exact error text if there is one.
What we cannot help with
We are a fan site, not the developer. We cannot restore accounts, characters, purchases or progress, and we cannot fix server outages. For those, use the official support channels linked from nmrih2.com. Please never send us passwords or payment details.
